  • "Early Bird" deadline: July 19, 2010
Save $40 per camper by registering early!
  • "Pre-Registration" deadline: August 16, 2010
This is your last opportunity to register before Gate Registration takes effect.
  • Refund request deadline: August 20, 2010
If you've registered for the Weekend but are unable to attend, you need to inform us by this date in order to receive a refund. Requests must be received in writing to the SisterSpace P.O. box. Please note that only 50% of your registration payment is eligible for refund. No refunds are possible after August 20.

Do not mail your registration form if it will be postmarked after August 16, 2010. We will not have time to process it. If your registration will be postmarked after August 16, you should email registration@sisterspace.org or register at the gate.

Scholarships: The Linda Bacon-Bass Memorial Send-A-Sister Fund

Sisterspace has always advocated making the Weekend festival as accessible to as many women as possible, including women facing financial challenges. We are happy to be able to offer the Linda Bacon-Bass Memorial Send-A-Sister Fund to help defray the expense associated with coming to the Weekend. The amount available varies from year to year, and is dependant on contributions. We ask that you contribute as much as you are able so that we may offer this opportunity to as many women as possible. The regular fees to attend the weekend are based on a sliding scale, and if the base of $175 is beyond your means you may be eligible for this fund.

Please contact us with your name and address to receive an application form. Forms should be returned to Sisterspace no later than August 7th. We will notify you of any award available no later than August 17th. Please note that we may not be able to provide assistance to all requests, and remember we are dependant on contributions for this fund. This fund is available to help defray the cost of registration only; you will need to arrange transportation to and from. Registration covers all costs for housing, food, and entertainment.

If you would like to make a contribution to the Linda Bacon-Bass Memorial Send-A-Sister Fund, please click here.

Accommodations: Cabins, Tents and RVs return to top

Cabins return to top

If you like to camp with some indoor comforts, cabins come complete with real beds, flush toilets, hot showers, and electricity. The cabins vary in size, with rooms sleeping from 8 to 20, and some cabins with multiple rooms. If you would like to share a cabin with anyone registering on a different form, identify yourself with a group name on the registration form. Please note that groups do not have exclusive use of cabins. Unless your group completely fills the available beds, you will be sharing with other women as well. Be sure to indicate the type of cabin or tenting space you prefer. Space is divided into the following categories:

  • Quiet – for those who go to bed early. Comings and goings in these areas after 11 pm should be respectful of those trying to sleep.
  • General – this is for those who want to party, but still get some rest. We request that these areas calm down after 1 am.
  • Rowdy – this is for the party hardy crew. This area usually rocks non-stop throughout the Weekend.
  • Family – these are spaces reserved for those with children.
  • Wheelchair Accessible – a wheelchair-accessible cabin is available for women who use wheelchairs and their friends.

Register early to insure your choice of cabin space.

Tenting return to top

For those who prefer a more outdoor experience, or more privacy, tenting is the best option. There are a number of tenting areas throughout the camp, and indoor showers and toilet facilities reserved for tenters will be available. Note that you'll need to bring your own tent!

RVs return to top

There is limited space for RVs (sorry, no hookups) - be sure to register for these in advance.
